What are your summer goals? If you missed out on last month, here is it-the next #summerstrong group! This group will be SIX WEEKS long to get us through the summer with an amazing fitness/nutrition plan, an optional Bible study from the book of Acts, and you will be encouraged daily by an incredible group of women like you who want to be the healthiest they can be from the inside out. Our previous and current groups are seeing great results and feeling so much better. I am loving all of the motivation coming from these girls!
